Reporting
Client-ready ads reports in minutes, not evenings
HeyMetrix reports are multi-page canvas documents with live data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4. The Reporting Agent builds whole pages on request and writes copy from the real numbers; you deliver as white-label PDF or a live read-only link.
Reports are built like slide decks: drag, resize, and arrange widgets freely. The difference is that every number is live and an agent does the assembly work.
- Google + Meta + GA4 in one report
- Agent-built pages
- White-label branding per client
- PDF export or live link
- Templates & date-range control

How does the canvas report builder work?
A report is a set of pages you compose freely: drag widgets onto the canvas, resize and arrange them, duplicate and reorder pages, undo and redo. Widget types cover KPIs, line/bar/pie charts, tables, text, images, calendars, and a viewer-facing date-range control that lets your client change the reporting period themselves without asking you for a new export.
Every widget is configured per series: data source (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4), metrics, and dimensions like campaign, ad group, ad, device, geo, or GA4 dimensions.
What does the Reporting Agent build for me?
You describe the page, the agent builds it: “Add a channel overview, a Google deep-dive, and a GA4 page.” The agent fetches the actual metrics first, lays out the widgets, and writes the summary copy from the live numbers, not from imagination. It works in the editor with you and also answers questions inside shared viewer reports, so clients can ask “why did CPC rise in March?” and get an answer grounded in the data.
Which data sources can one report combine?
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4, in the same report, on the same page if you want. Ads performance next to website behavior: channels, landing pages, devices, countries from GA4 beside impressions, cost, and conversions from the ad platforms. Data comes live from the platform APIs; a report opened today shows today's state of the selected period.
How does white-label branding work?
Each client can have their own design skin: brand colors and logo, applied to reports, shared views, and portals. You don't have to pick colors by hand; HeyMetrix extracts branding automatically from a website URL. Delivery is your choice: PDF export via print mode, or a live read-only link that always shows current data.
Can I reuse report structures across clients?
Yes. Save any report as a template and create new reports from it. The structure stays, the data source changes. Each report also has its own image pool with folders and favorites, plus edit history.
Honest scope
Report data sources are Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, and Pinterest Ads are on the roadmap but not available yet. HeyMetrix is in early access; final pricing is not set.
Frequently asked questions about client reporting
Can AI build a client report from my ads data?
Yes. The Reporting Agent assembles complete report pages (channel overviews, platform deep-dives, GA4 pages, per-campaign details) from your live data and writes the accompanying copy from the actual numbers.
Can one report combine Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4?
Yes, that's the default. All three sources can appear in the same report and on the same page, with per-widget configuration of metrics and dimensions.
How do my clients receive reports?
As a white-label PDF export, as a live read-only link, or inside a client portal that bundles reports with monitoring views and campaign previews, all in your branding.
Can clients change the reporting period themselves?
Yes: add the date-range control widget and viewers pick the period themselves; all widgets update with live data. No more “can you send January?” emails.
Is the data in reports live or snapshot?
Live. Widgets fetch current data from the platform APIs for the selected date range. PDF exports freeze the state at export time, live links stay current.
